We had an excellent stay at a resort down the hills with a spacious room, large bed, and a balcony with an amazing view on clear days. The bathroom was nice, and the shower was good. The location of the hotel was perfect as it is close to several cultural sites, and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Spent Christmas at a lodge resort near Kathmandu and it was delightful. the mountain view from the accommodation was stunning, and the food served was scrumptious. They even welcomed us with a traditional Nepali plate! the location was quite easy to find and the staff was really accommodating. They were able to arrange for a mountain trek with a local guide which was a memorable experience. the lodge was very peaceful, which made it perfect for some relaxation in the midst of nature.

That the room was not cleaned properly before we arrived. the bed was not very comfortable and we had trouble sleeping at night.

The location was also convenient as it was close to many popular tourist destinations.
